For tradespeople

Your old customers are quietly working for you.

Every time someone you've already worked for saves your number in Refind, you become slightly more visible to their friends. No profile to maintain. No reviews to chase. You only hear from leads you'd want.

What you get

Built around the part of the job you actually like.

01

Pre-vouched leads

Every request you see is from someone whose friends have already saved you. The lead arrives with names attached, so you know it's real before you tap accept.

02

No public profile to defend

Refind has no public reviews and no star pages. There's no 1-star post to argue with and no reputation to perform — your customers save your number, and that's the whole signal.

03

Decline freely

If a request isn't a fit, decline it — no penalty, no quota. The customer simply moves on to the next name in their circle.

04

Refind doesn't pick

There's no algorithm choosing who gets shown first. Your customers do that by saving you. The more they save, the more reach you have.

05

See your reach grow

Your home screen shows the circles you're visible in and who's vouching for you. Inviting a past client to vouch takes one tap.

06

You set your hours

Pick the trades, the area, the days, the radius. We never schedule for you — we route the right asks.

Why no commission

A $3,000 job and a $300 job cost you the same: nothing.

Commission-based platforms have a built-in incentive to steer you toward the most expensive jobs, the ones with the worst customers, and the ones the platform can't otherwise fill. Refind's incentive is simpler: route real leads from your real network.

Small jobs make sense again — the $80 sink fix, the 20-minute fuse swap. Nothing skims them down to not-worth-it.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I bring my own customers in?
Yes — and you should. The fastest way to grow on Refind is to ask the last ten people you worked for to save your number. Each save quietly extends your reach into their network.
What if a customer is rude or unreasonable?
Decline the job, no penalty. You can flag a customer privately so you never see them again.
Do you take a cut of the job itself?
No. Refind is free for workers — no lead fees, no commission, no subscription. The job, the price, and the payment stay between you and your customer.
What trades do you support?
Anyone whose job is to physically show up: plumbers, electricians, HVAC, carpenters, painters, movers, dog walkers, piano tuners, AC techs, doulas, handypeople. If you'd take a customer's phone call, you're a fit.
Is there a minimum number of leads?
No — but most workers find that asking a handful of old customers to save them puts them in the right rhythm. You'll see a private graph of which customers refer the most.
What happens if I don't reply to a request?
Nothing. The request quietly expires and the customer moves on to the next person in their network. We don't penalize quiet days.
