Nothing. Finding, vouching, requesting, accepting — every part of Refind is free for both sides. You pay your worker for the work, directly, the way you always have.
Are there processing fees on payments?
No — Refind doesn't collect payment for the job itself. The customer pays the worker directly, so there's nothing for us to process.
What happens if a worker accepts and doesn't show?
Flag it through the app. We'll follow up, and the worker is quietly hidden from new searches in that customer's circle.
Do you have plans to add subscriptions, boosts or ads?
No. The whole product is built around the assumption that your network's signal is the only ranking that matters. A paid lane would destroy what customers come back for.
